Return Policy
Returns must be within 30 days of the ship date received. Phasz will not accept any returns after 30 days. Return items must be unworn, unwashed with original packaging. Eligible items may be returned with store credit only.
Defective items must be returned within 2 days of receipt. If not we will not issue a credit. If you have received the wrong item please contact us within 48 hrs.
Exchanges: We do not do exchanges. However return items and once received we will issue a store credit. As long as everything is within the policy.
Final sales items are non refundable., no exceptions.
